  2. Compliance with Laws:
    • Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing their participation in the program, including but not limited to local, state, and federal laws.
  3. Brand Reputation:
    • Participants shall not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation of Ecoer. This includes, but is not limited to, making false or misleading statements about Ecoer products, services, or business practices.
  4. Termination of Benefits:
    • In the event of a breach of this ethical clause, participants may forfeit all benefits, rewards, and privileges associated with their participation in the Ecoer Certified Dealer Loyalty Program.
  5. Change of Program Terms:
    • Ecoer reserves the right to modify the terms of the loyalty program, including benefits, rewards, and eligibility criteria. Ecoer commits to providing reasonable notice for any significant changes.
